George Stahnke
George primarily uses the combined methods of Client-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy with a strong biblical emphasis and prayer. With over 40 years of counseling/ministry experience he has helped numerous individuals, couples, and families representing thousands of hours of therapy.
George provides in-person and Telehealth counseling regarding marriage and family issues, communication, sexual misconduct, pornography, crisis intervention, church relations, conflict resolution, career changes, forced termination, finances, burnout, depression, trauma, grief, etc.

With over 40 years of counseling/ministry experience he has helped numerous individuals, couples, and families representing thousands of hours of therapy.
George has been in various forms of ministry for over forty years, serving fourteen of those years as a senior pastor. He has traveled to India, Philippines, Ukraine, China, and the UK ministering to missionaries, native pastors, teaching and preaching in the churches. George is on the Board of Directors for Wings of Grace Counseling Services in Colorado Springs. George is the founder and director of Renewal Ministries of Colorado Springs.
George was born in 1951 in Aitkin, Minnesota and was raised in Golden, Colorado. He accepted Christ as his personal Lord and Savior in the fall of 1969. George and his wife Linda have been married for 45 years, have five children and sixteen grandchildren.
